Massaman curry sausage rolls

Basically you can put whatever you want in your sausage roll mixture, but this is what I had available, so for something a little different try these
What you need:
1/2 kilo sausage mince
1 grated carrot
1 onion chopped finely
1/2 to 1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon massaman curry paste
pinch of salt
1 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 egg whisked ( for egg wash)
4 sheets of puff pastry
What to do :

mix first 8 ingredients into a bowl using wet hand, ( so the mixture doesn't stick as much)
take a sheet of pastry and cut in half.
make a long log out of some of the meat mixture and place on one side of the pastry brush the other end with egg wash and roll to seal the edge
cut into party sized sausage rolls.
Repeat
Bake in oven 180 fan forced until cooked and golden brown turn if if needed
serve with tomato sauce
makes about 40 party sausage rolls.
