Scotch Eggs

What you need:
4 x boiled eggs.. ( boil for 5 mins), cool and peel
Sausage mince
herbs ( of your choice), I used Italian mixed,extra sage, tarragon,.
tablespoon of Hoi Sin Chinese BBQ sauce (optional)
Plain flour

(1x bowl of plain flour
1x bowl of bread crumbs
1x bowl with a egg and milk whisked)

What to do:
Combine mince, herbs, salt and pepper, and a little flour 1/4 cup roughly and Hoi Sin sauce in a bowl mix well
Using wet hands.Take a handful of mince and flatten out into a patty.

Place a boiled egg in the center and encase in the mince molding the mince to the egg, roll in flour then egg mixture then crumbs. In a wok or deep pan heat oil, ( canola or vegetable) about a centimeter deep and shallow fry on all sides till just golden brown. 
Place in a baking dish and bake ( 220 fan forced) covered in foil for 15 mins. Serve with a yummy tomato chutney. I also crumbed some mushrooms and deep fried them also.
