Rocky Road Ice Cream Bomb

What you need:

1.25 litre of peter's ice cream (softened)
1 pkt glace cherries
1/4 cup of crushed nuts (pistachios if you can afford them)
1 1/2 cups of chopped marsh mellows
1/4 cup ready made custard
1/2 cup of chopped chocolate cookies
1/4 cup of cocnut
1/4 cup dark chocolate bits halved
extra choc bits melted for the top when ready to serve 

What to do:

1. Line a bowl with a double layer of cling wrap
2. Mix all the ingredients in another bowl, pack into cling wrap lined bowl,wrap securely with overlaying cling wrap, freeze overnight at least
3. When ready to serve  tip onto a plate, melt the extra choc bits and poor over the top and serve .
