What you need:
1/2 pkt of your favorite pasta
375 g smooth ricotta
2 pkts frozen spinach, thawed and excess liquid removed
6 slices prosciutto, chopped or bacon, ( If I use bacon, which I did for this I dice and cook it a little first in a pan)
¾ cup grated parmesan
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
⅔ to 1 cup of milk
1/2 to 1 cup pasta sauce, any type will do.
salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
feeds 8 to 10
What to do:

What to do:
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
2. Mix together the ricotta, spinach, prosciutto, ½ cup parmesan and milk. Stir through the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the pasta sauce over the base of a baking dish. Top with the ricotta and spinach mixture. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Stand for five minutes before serving.
