I can thank my friend Joanne for this recipe, she made these cookies this morning and they looked so yummy and who doesn't love peanut butter and chocolate?. Where I live in Australia we don't have peanut butter cookies so I was eager to make a batch up.. I don't have a regular oven as you all know if you follow my little blog. so getting them cooked in my little bench top oven was a little tricky, but where there is a will there is a way haha..I admit mine don't look as good as hers did but taste great and I know what is in them compared to the store bought Cookies with loads of numbers as ingredients listed. So give these a go, the kids will love them and my fussy friend loved them too so I know they are good.

YAY! I'm so glad that you liked them! And I agree, making your own is so much better than store bought. Whenever I eat a store bought cookie, to me it tastes like chemicals. I used to love oreos and now I think they are gross.
