Sausage Rolls by Camille

We are cooking up a storm in our facebook group here is some yummy sausage rolls that Camille whipped up today. Now really ! who doesn't love a good sausage roll?. and with this easy recipe you can't go wrong and the kids will love them. here is a link to Camilles profile :Camille Solomon

What you need:

1 kg sausage meat
500 gms beef mince
4 slices of bread made into crumbs
Mixed herbs
Garlic
Salt and pepper
1 large onion finely diced
1 large carrot grated

What to do:

1. Mix all together
2. Roll in pastry
3. Egg wash or oil spray uncooked rolls and bake at 180 til golden brown
