Cheesy Savory Muffins

 

Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, salt & pepper together.
  2. Fold the flour, baking powder, cheese, bacon etc together.
  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the liquid into well.
  5. Very quickly blend together with a spoon,.... do NOT over mix, speed & lightness of blending is the key.
  6. Spoon into small muffin pans.
  7. Bake @ 180 degrees C
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Italian mixed herbs
  • Salt + Pepper
  • 2cup self raising flour
  • 4teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 cups cheese. I use a combination of three different cheeses
  • 1 1/2  cupdiced olives, capsicum onion, parsley, whatever you like (no more than 1 1/2 cups altogether)
